Everyone has misfortune and hardship. There are lessons to learn in our misfortunes. When you learn the lesson, be thankful for the opportunity to grow.

When you are happy -- be thankful. Soak in the happiness and feel the lightness. And express your gratitude for the things that made you happy.

Live your gratitude. In every moment you can find something to appreciate and be thankful for .. start recognizing all your blessings, big and small, and be grateful. A grateful heart has room for more blessings.
