Confidence and self-esteem. Each and every day we all have to make decisions to hold true to our values. Every time a decision or action is taken that goes against our values, we lose a bit of confidence and self-esteem.
Say NO to Instant Gratification. It's tempting to say YES to the things that will make us feel better immediately. But the good feelings you get are only temporary and will disappear quickly. Instead, you need to follow your heart's calling, no matter the time frame. Put your best effort in everything that you do, and you will experience long-lasting, happiness and satisfaction.
